【業務内容】
This position is responsible for supporting sales activities such as customer service and order management.
Sales Support duties
- Provide support for sales team
- Customer service via email and phone
- Respond to delivery inquiry by Order confirmation
- Respond to customer inquiries in timely manner
- Liaison with HQ and provide quotation to distributors
- Generate forecast for major distributors
- Purchase Order data entry
- Supervise Sales Coordinators
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports
Order processing duties
- Liaison with HQ for shipping and delivery arrangements
- Freight forwarder cost estimation
- Invoice Generation / data verification
- Conduct periodic order system maintenance to check and rectify data errors
- Conduct periodic check to ensure order system process is completed
- Facilitate periodic stock-take exercise
- Liaison with HQ system personnel for order system issue
- Other duties may be assigned by superior
