-Plan, develop and implement the overall HR function policies and guidelines to meet business objectives.
-Play a key role in the senior management team in strategic planning, objective setting, HR resource implementation and change management.
-Provide strategic and operational HR support for various projects and meet the business requirements.
-Review and implement HR practices and operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes which adhere to employment regulations and industry practices.
-Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll, talent management, people development and succession planning.
-Productivity, HR budgeting, Ｓelection, talent retention and other HR related matters.
-Provide counsel to management regarding employee relations’ and union issue to derive and implement solutions for a win-win approach
-Degree in HR Management or Business Management or its equivalent
-10 to 15 years of relevant working experience
-Knowledge of local labor and industrial laws, regulations and practices
-Proven leadership qualities and have experience in dealing with Union matters
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work with all levels of employees
-Competent of working in a changing complex organization with evolving requirements
-Speaking Japanese is advantaged but not must
