-To establish close relationships with customers and potential customers by constant communication to explain market trends, to propose efficient logistics and financial schemes and to provide various trouble solutions, negotiation of term and conditions, pricing and finalizing deals to optimize revenue growth.
-To develop new products / field with appropriate strategies from marketing research and analysis, visiting customers and etc.
-To identify customers' needs and consumption, competitors' activities and constantly improve/ sustain market share.
-To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
-To achieve individual and Company sales target.
-To ensure timely payment collection from customers.
-To handle some other ad-hoc project assign by Company.

-Set short term and long term sales objectives and develop sales strategy to be
-implemented by all sales staffs. Plan necessary actions required to achieve objectives.
- Set goals and assign tasks to each sales staff and monitor progress via regular sales meeting and discussion.
- Keep any of the meeting / conference log for all sales staff to review.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction from current / existing customers and new potential customers. Monitor sales trends from the past and analyse it by comparing with
future forecast provided by customer.
-Train and educate sales staffs on sales skills and product knowledge and keep sales team
motivated to sell. Build effective team by understanding each staffs’ strength and weakness.
