大手日系住宅メーカーにて、Supplier Quality Engineerを募集しています。


【お仕事内容】
-Product industrialization
-Interact with engineering procurement and other functions (Procurement, R&D, Business Unit, Engineering) to define on specifications to ensure products to meet customer's requirement
-Use internally and promote to suppliers the use of continuous improvement tools includes: Lean/6-Sigma, Error Proofing/FMEA, FTA,CTQ,PPAP
-Vendor management
-Complete vendor approval audits at vendors with the support of Vendor Operation excellence team
-Review supplier processes and work with them to optimize/reduce process waste
-Manage the IPO system ensuring contents/processes in the system remain relevant and provide expected outcomes


【応募資格】
[Must]
-At least 5-7 years of industrial engineering experiences in light-medium manufacturing industry
-Proficient in Japanese to liaise with related party

[Advantage]
-Degree in Engineering would be advantage
